Michael E. Green, M.D.
Dr. Michael E. Green graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. He has been a member of the Gallatin medical community since 1994, when he was certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology, and served as past president of the Gallatin Lions Club, where he worked to benefit the Vanderbilt Children's Eye Center.
Dr. Michael E. Green resides in Gallatin with his wife Nicole and daughter Sydney.
Rebecca A. Wenig, OD
We are excited about the addition of Dr. Rebecca A. Wenig. Dr. Wenig graduated summa cum laude from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Following her graduation in 2016, she completed a primary care residency at the Memphis VA Medical Center, where she gained valuable experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease. During optometry school, Dr. Wenig dedicated much of her time to several student organizations including SVOSH(Student Volunteers in Optometric service to Humanity), Lions Club and Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honors Society She is an active member of the American Optometric association and the Tennessee Association Of Optometric Physicians.
She is a Chicago-area native and received her Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
